Data Deletion

In the QINAXIS product where you connected the account, open the account and choose “Disconnect”. We immediately delete the stored access tokens and can no longer publish or read anything on that account.

You can also remove our app on the platform itself: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Business Integrations; Instagram › Settings › Apps and websites; LinkedIn › Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services. Our access stops as soon as you remove it.

To delete everything we store about a connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn profile — its ID, name and profile picture, the posts published through our service, their statistics and any drafts — email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name or link of the account. We delete the data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn stay on those platforms; delete them there if you want them removed.
