Privacy Policy

This policy applies to QINAXIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED (Hong Kong) and QINAXIS Technology (Zhanjiang) Co., Ltd. (together, “QINAXIS”, “we”) and to the products we operate, including FigCraft, Beline, TypeOS, TypeHey, DuoFold, Meetion and ResearchOS, their websites, apps and the QINAXIS operations console.

If a product publishes its own privacy notice, that notice adds product-specific detail; where the two differ, the product notice prevails for that product.

Account information you give us: name, email address, phone number, and the profile details returned when you sign in with a third-party account (for example Google, Apple or WeChat).

Content you create or upload: prompts, text, images, audio, video and files you submit, and the results our services generate for you.

Payment information: order and transaction records. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe, Alipay or Airwallex); we do not store full card numbers.

Usage and device information: log data, IP address, device and browser type, app version, crash reports and how you use our features, used to operate, secure and improve the services.

To provide the services you request, keep your account secure, process payments, provide support, send service notices, meet legal obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

Where a feature uses AI models, your input is sent to the model provider only to produce the result you asked for. We do not use your private content to train models without your consent.

Some of our services let you connect a Google account, including a YouTube channel for publishing. When you connect, we request only the permissions the feature needs — for YouTube: uploading videos to your channel (youtube.upload) and reading your channel and video statistics (youtube.readonly).

We use this data only to upload the videos you approve, show you your channel and video performance, and refresh those statistics. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only on your instruction or on a schedule you set.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms); Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting in the product; we then delete the stored tokens.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the services (cloud hosting, storage, AI model providers, payment, SMS and email), with platforms you ask us to publish to (such as X or YouTube), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction with notice to you.

Data is stored with our cloud providers in the regions needed to serve you, which may be outside your country. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

We use encryption in transit and for sensitive data at rest, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

You can access, correct, export or delete your information, withdraw consent, or close your account, in the product settings or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law (for example the PIPL, PDPO or GDPR); we will respond within the time the law requires.

Our services are not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
