Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the products, websites and apps operated by QINAXIS TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED and QINAXIS Technology (Zhanjiang) Co., Ltd. (“QINAXIS”, “we”), including FigCraft, Beline, TypeOS, TypeHey, DuoFold, Meetion and ResearchOS. By using the services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (qinaxis.com/privacy).

A product may have additional terms (for example pricing or credit rules); those apply together with these terms for that product.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or use the services with a guardian’s consent.

Do not use the services to break the law; infringe others’ rights; create or spread illegal, harmful, deceptive or sexually explicit content involving minors; impersonate others; spam; interfere with the services; or reverse-engineer, scrape or resell them without permission. AI-generated content must be labelled where the law or a platform requires.

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide the services to you. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the output generated for you; you are responsible for checking it before use, as AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing works.

Where a service publishes to platforms such as X or YouTube on your behalf, you remain the publisher and must follow that platform’s terms (including the YouTube Terms of Service, www.youtube.com/t/terms). Nothing is published without your approval or a schedule you set. You can disconnect a platform at any time.

Paid plans, credits and prices are shown in each product. Unless the product states otherwise or the law requires, fees and used credits are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time.

The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory local law where you live provides otherwise. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Contact: [email protected].
