The Cyberspace Administration of Guangdong Province has published its latest batch of registered generative-AI services. FigCraft Image Creation Intelligent Assistant is among them, registered by QINAXIS Technology (Zhanjiang) Co., Ltd.
On 17 August 2026 the Guangdong CAC announced 14 newly registered generative-AI services, bringing the province’s cumulative total to 78. FigCraft Image Creation Intelligent Assistant is on the list, registered by QINAXIS Technology (Zhanjiang) Co., Ltd. under online reference no. Guangdong-FigCraft-20260817S0078, dated 17 August 2026.
What the registration means
Under China’s Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services, a service that calls filed large-model capabilities — through an API or otherwise — and offers generative AI with public-opinion or social-mobilisation attributes to the domestic public must complete registration with its local cyberspace administration. Completing it means the service’s model sourcing, content-safety mechanisms and provider accountability have been reviewed against the regulator’s requirements.
The rules further require a live generative-AI application or feature to display its online reference number in a prominent position or on its product detail page. FigCraft’s number is published in the site footer and on the product detail page.
Compliance is part of the product. Beyond this registration, FigCraft already labels AI-generated content (a visible badge plus file metadata), routes users in mainland China to domestically filed models, and runs generated content through a safety review chain.
